We accept purchase orders from City and County Governments, Public Schools, Colleges and Universities. We try to make the process easy since we sincerely appreciate your business.
You can email a signed PO to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax the signed PO to 706.216.2006.
Online Orders - If you order online you will have the ability in the checkout to choose as your payment method "Purchase Order". You will need to enter your shipping address and billing address but you will not be required to enter any credit card information or the actual PO number. Once the order is placed you can use a copy of the order (you can use it as a "quote") to prepare your PO and then send the signed PO to us by mail or email.
You are under no obligation until we receive a signed Purchase Order and we will not process or ship your order until we receive the signed purchase order.
Once we receive the signed PO we will review it, process it and ship the order usually within 1 business day. We will contact you by email if we need additional information or have questions about your order.
Phone Orders - We will be happy to answer your questions or write up an order for you. You can call our customer service number at 800.552.4382 between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday Eastern Time.
Mail Orders - You can also mail your order along with your PO to Flags Georgia LLC, 2807 Highway 9 North, Dawsonville, Georgia 30534.
W-9 Forms - If at any time you need a copy of our W-9 form you can email us at email@example.com and we will email a copy to you the same business day.
